Prescriptions Refills
Federal law requires that we must examine your animal prior to prescribing or dispensing medications. An annual examination and/ or blood tests or other procedures may be required for prescriptions. These requirements are for your pet’s safety… AND IT’S THE LAW… Your understanding in this matter is appreciated. If you have any questions about what is required to get a prescription refill please do not hesitate to ask. For faster service it is recommended you call ahead for prescription refills.
Appointments
Please schedule all appointments in advance. If you are unable to keep your Appointment please be kind enough to give a 24 hour notice if possible. If you are more than 10 minutes late depending on our schedule for the day we may have to reschedule your appointment. Grooming appointment must be rescheduled if you are 10 minutes or more late.
